What is the problem with the text you mention? If you go into more detail I can fix it, or perhaps I've missed something obvious.
One of the directors did the logo, so I think he's happy with it how it is. It ties in with a re-branded Atelier logo as well, so I don't think its open to change right now
Very clean, gives just enough color. the transition between gray scale to full color is well done.
Constructive Criticism? Have you thought about trying to put a few seeds or something in the lime? I love the logo and that's just a personal observation - Great work! hope the new site goes well
